Services

Crafted Fate Art Collective provides custom tattoo design and application services. Our website allows you to:

• View our artists' portfolios and styles
• Submit consultation requests
• Learn about our services and pricing
• View available flash designs

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. We require valid government-issued photo identification to verify age before any tattoo appointment. Minors may only receive services with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable state laws.

Consultations and Appointments

Booking

Submitting a consultation request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. Our team will review your request and contact you to discuss your project and schedule an appointment if appropriate.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts and policies will be communicated during the booking process. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit for future appointments.

Pricing and Payment

Tattoo pricing varies based on size, complexity, placement, and artist. Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before your appointment. We accept various payment methods including cash and major credit cards.

Flash designs are priced as marked and are first-come, first-served. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our priority. You agree to:

• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your artist
• Inform us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, fails to meet age requirements, or whose health conditions may pose risks during the tattooing process.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Crafted Fate Art Collective or our artists and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Custom Designs

Custom tattoo designs created by our artists are unique works. Once a custom design is tattooed on you, you have personal use rights to that design on your body. The artist retains copyright and may display the work in their portfolio.

Reference Images

If you provide reference images, you represent that you have the right to use those images or that they are in the public domain. We do not directly copy copyrighted works but may use references for inspiration.

Limitation of Liability

Crafted Fate Art Collective and its artists are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and scarring. By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Scrape or copy content without permission

Changes to Terms
